Overview of the planets, their nature and qualities.
Basic important knowledge about the structure of the horoscope and the nature of the planets, which will form the basis of all further study. From the very first lessons, we learn to think about the qualities of the planets and their power, depending on their position in the sign. We are introduced to the more subtle concept of Nakshatras and the planetary office. The lesson contains detailed instruction on how to correctly build a natal chart.

Lessons 5-7
Parivartana Yoga: sign exchange as the most important source of power. Additional power through Nakshatra exchange.
We continue to explore the sources of planetary power and we are introduced to an important combination in the charts – Parivartana Yoga. Practical training sessions help solidify the basic skills of finding this combination. We lay the foundation for further work with charts analysis.

Lessons 8-10
Temporary friends and enemies. Neecha Bhanga: compensation for the planets in debilitation. Avasthas: age and result of the planets. Strength and weakness.
Gandanta: the special point that brings the most powerful transformations.
We continue to study the power of the planets in signs and add the concept of temporary relations of planets. We learn how to find the cancellation of a planet’s debilitation. Introducing a new source of power – the concept of “age” of a planet. Identify the planets in Gandanta – a special zone of karmic tasks. The lesson contains a video analysis of homework.

Lessons 11-13
Combustion, or how the close proximity of the planets to the Sun affects them. Planetary war. Victory or defeat? Consequences of a planetary war.
Introduce the concept of combustion and how it affects planetary power. Practice the skill of identifying combust planets. Continuing the theme: Graha Yuddha or a planetary war. We learn the concepts on the example of charts of famous people and parse the homework in the video lesson.

Lessons 14-16
Divisional charts as a tool for a deeper understanding of the horoscope. Navamsa, the most important and unique divisional chart. Vargottama position: improving the natural qualities of the planets.
Introduction to the most important tool in Jyotish – divisional charts. Practical work with the most significant of them – Navamsa. Learn to find additional sources of planets’ power with the help of Navamsa. We study the concept of Vargottama as a deep potential of the planet.

Lessons 17-19
The favorability and power of the planets. Sambandha: the interrelationship or cooperation of the planets. Graha Drishti: how the planets cast their gaze. Phases of the Moon, determining auspiciousness and strength. Position of the Moon.
We add the concept of auspiciousness to the power of the planets and learn how the planets can influence each other. We define aspects of the planets in practice. Introduction to the basic concept of Sambandha or the mutual connection of the planets, which forms the basis for the entire course. We learn to determine the power and auspiciousness of the Moon, an important planet in Jyotish.

Lessons 20-22
Kartari: favorable and unfavorable environment. Retrograde: cardinal changes and karmic workouts. Practical application.
We are getting to the fundamental concept of the houses of the horoscope, which will greatly expand our understanding of the natal chart. Get to know the qualities of the houses and deepen your knowledge of the various Lagnas. We learn the concept of favorable and unfavorable environments, and use chart examples to analyze their meaning. We study the characteristics of retrograde planets and their influence on different areas of life.

Lessons 23-25
Dig Bala: the special position of the planets and power in direction. The 4 goals of life. Personality psychology: introvert-extrovert. Individualist-collectivist.
Let’s learn another source of power – Dig Bala and its features for each planet. We get acquainted with the ancient system of life goals. Learn to determine whether a person is introverted or extroverted by factors in the chart. This lesson is very practical and will immediately deepen your understanding of yourself and your loved ones. At the end of the lesson, a bonus lesson – presentation on “The Ethics of an Astrologer” – awaits you. We’ll talk more about ethics at the end of the course.

Lessons 26-28
Raja Yogas. Power and status in the chart. Parivartana Yoga. Viparita Raja Yoga. Power and status through suffering and hardship.
We begin to learn Yogas – important combinations for proper horoscope analysis and predictive techniques in the future. We get acquainted with Raja Yogas that give position and status. Deepen the concept of Parivartana Yoga, known since the beginning of the course.

At this stage we start studying Jyotish psychology and look at the passed topics from a new angle. The lessons are as practical as possible, so you will be able to apply all the techniques learned in them right away. Each lesson contains homework with detailed answers. The analysis algorithm and the color tables will help you to orient yourself in the acquired knowledge and to create a detailed psychological portrait of a person according to the natal chart: nature and character, deep motives and predestination.
Lesson 1
Meanings of the Zodiac signs. Prominence of a sign gives the characteristics of a personality.
The key to understanding personality through the prominence of a particular sign. From the first lesson you will be able to characterize a person by associating 5-6 qualities with them. Repeat and deepen the meanings of the signs.
Lesson 2
Signs and elements. We learn to identify person’s basic character.

We continue our introduction to Yogas: the amazing Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga, that grants status despite the planet’s debilitation. The five Yogas of great personality and their manifestation in life.

Signs. Male and female principle. How to use it in practice?
The balance of male and female qualities of personality, extroversion and introversion from a new perspective. Compatibility of people on the basis of the male and female principle, analysis of paired charts. The lesson gives a broader view of the relationship between a Man and a Woman and harmony in it.
Lesson 4

Lesson 5
Signs and Gunas: the fundamental energies of the material world. How to see person’s qualities in the horoscope.
We learn how to determine the propensity for a particular Guna in the birth chart and understand which qualities of personality can be changed quickly and easily and which will require a lot of work. The lesson invites you to make a conscious personal choice in favor of the Guna of goodness, describing the qualities, motives, and fruits of all Gunas. It describes the opportunities for this in the “Jyotish Academy” project.

The lesson is devoted to practicing the acquired knowledge. We learn how to connect the combination of factors into a complete picture using the step-by-step analysis algorithm. Planets and their basic meanings. Planets and roles. Ruling the signs.
We repeat the basic characteristics of the planets that we studied in the very first lessons. We study the positive and negative qualities of the planets as personalities. The lesson teaches how to connect the strength or weakness of a planet’s position with its specific qualities based on a handy chart and biographical facts.
Lesson 8
An expanded version of the planets’ meanings in specific signs.
An in-depth session for “advanced users” or those wishing to study the course for a professional purpose. The material is also understandable for beginners – in this lesson you can adjust the amount of new knowledge yourself.

A simplified formula for remembering a planet’s power in Avasthas. Practical examples illustrate exactly how Avasthas and Gandanta manifest themselves in life.
