Preparatory lesson
Introduction to the Parampara (the chain of discipleship succession), which includes the Jyotish Academy, its prominent founder, astrologer C.N. Rao and his famous student Mark Boney, who in turn is the Jyotish Guru of Sergey Alexandrovich Shleenkov.

Lesson 1.
Meanings of the zodiac signs. The prominence of a sign gives characteristics of a personality.

Lesson 2

Lesson 3
Signs. Male and female principle. How to use this in practice?
The balance of male and female personality traits, extroversion and introversion from a new perspective. Compatibility of people on the basis of the male and female principle, analysis of paired charts. The lesson gives a broader view of the relationship between a Man and a Woman and harmony in it.
Lesson 4.
Signs and Varnas. Person’s motive and how to define it with a natal chart.
An introduction to Varnas, the cornerstone of understanding person’s nature and their true underlying motives. The lesson gives a technique on how to identify the dominant and secondary Varnas, their specific qualities and inclinations. How to follow the right path in search of one’s destiny. The table showing what people of different Varnas think, look like, and act like will help. After this lesson, the subject of Varnas will be practical and workable for you.
Lesson 5
Signs and Gunas: the fundamental energies of the material world. How to see person’s qualities in the horoscope.
We learn to determine the propensity for a particular Guna in the birth chart, to understand which personal qualities can be changed quickly and easily, and which will require a long work. The lesson invites you to make a conscious personal choice in favor of the Guna of goodness, describing the qualities, motives, and fruits of all Gunas. The lesson describes the opportunities for this in the “Jyotish Academy” project.

Signs and cumulative analysis. Practice.
The lesson is devoted to practical testing of the acquired knowledge. We learn how to connect the totality of factors into a complete picture by the step-by-step algorithm of analysis. Introduction to the free bank of celebrity charts and instructions for use.
Lesson 7
Planets and their major meanings. Planets and roles. Ruling the signs.
The lesson is supplemented by a detailed chart with positive and negative qualities of the planets as personalities. The lesson teaches how to connect the strength or weakness of a planet’s position with its specific qualities based on a handy chart and biographical facts.
Lesson 8
An expanded version of the meanings of the planets in specific signs.
An in-depth lesson for “advanced users” or those wishing to study the course for a professional purpose. For beginners as well – at this lesson you decide how much of this new knowledge you want to acquire.
Lesson 9
Friendly, neutral and hostile relationships.
For students who have mastered the topic previously, we suggest going back to the previous in-depth lesson and doing a practical breakdown of several charts, connecting them to this topic.
Lesson 10
Natural pests (malefics) and benefactors (benefics). The waning and waxing Moon. Major and special aspects, their significance and manifestation in the chart. Two kinds of connection.
The lesson gives an opportunity to broaden understanding of the topic of aspects. Analysis of special aspects of Mars, Jupiter and Saturn and their different meanings in terms of Jyotish psychology.
Lesson 11
Exchange of signs – the most important source of power and exchange of energies.
Practical work: with the help of the tablet we learn to connect the qualities of the planets and understand how the exchange of energies takes place in Parivartana Yoga. The lesson test also invites you to consolidate this topic by developing your astrological thinking skills.
Lesson 12
Nakshatras. Sources of power – one’s own Nakshatra and exchange of Nakshatras.
This lesson is supplemented with a new chart to help you remember the positions of Nakshatras and their rulers. Examples of how Sambandhas are manifested in life on the charts of specific people.
Lesson 13
Avasthas: the states of the planets. Why don’t I want to do this? The age of the planets. From the child to the dying one. Mrityu Avastha is the cause of reluctance to act. Gandanta is a special karmic knot. What are the chances of untangling it?
A simple formula for remembering a planet’s power in Avastha. Practical examples illustrate exactly how Avasthas and Gandanta manifest in life. The lesson provides a precise understanding of the “behavior” of the planet in one’s chart and the opportunity to discover new things about oneself. Lesson 14
Retrograde – karmic debts. Why are we like this?
The lesson helps you determine the global task or purpose of the soul in this incarnation. You will learn how to connect Avasthas and Atmakaraka to understand the latent motives, problems and desires of the individual. AK located in Bala Avastha and Mrityu Avastha. What is the difference? What if the Atmakaraka is Lagnesh or the Moon? The lesson provides an opportunity to understand the spiritual lesson of the native, their karmic tasks.
Lesson 15
Navamsa: the chart of good fortune. Vargottama. Source of strength and talents to be developed. Pushkara Navamsa. The source of strength and prosperity potential in the chart.
The lesson introduces to new concepts in Jyotish – the sources of power of the planets that can dramatically change a person’s destiny, provided that this potential is used for spiritual purposes. The lesson gives a simple way to see if a person will get everything easily or if they will have to work hard.
Lesson 16
Power of the planets. Shadbala: uniting all the powers. Vimshopaka Bala: will there be much positivity? Ashtakavarga: will there be support?
The lesson will present a unique way to calculate the strength of a planet based on all the studied factors in the horoscope. The calculation will allow you to understand which planet is the strongest and weakest in the horoscope, which in turn will give an understanding through which qualities successes and failures will come to a person. You will learn how to assemble the pieces of the puzzle into a complete picture.
You are on the equator of the Jyotish psychology course. Already at this stage, using the tools you have learned, you will be able to give advice without fear of causing astrological “harm” or making a serious mistake.
Lesson 17
Ascendant or Lagna – the basis of person’s character.
This lesson revisits the subject of character analysis by means of the signs, from which we have digressed by shifting our attention to the power of the planets. Now that you know how to determine the strength of a planet, you will be able to look at some of the borderline values differently. It will become clearer why one of the two seemingly equal values is still dominant. You will see how compatibility works on the examples of relationships and receive a very powerful, rare mantra for harmonizing relationships. You will be offered a deepening of the algorithm by introducing a new value – Lagna (ascendant), which will become a very important element of the analysis.
Lesson 18
Planets in the ascendant give their qualities (Gunas) to the personality. Deepening the technique of Varnas (motives and goals) and Gunas (qualities). Shubbha and Papa Kartari Yoga.
This lesson will give insight into how the planets that enter or aspect Lagna bestow their qualities (Gunas) on the personality. New insights into the subject of Varnas and Gunas. A special combination: favorable and unfavorable environment.
Lesson 19
What results the planets in Lagna (ascendant) will produce. The temporary status of the planets depends on the ruling the houses.
